The most persistent problems we encounter with commercial flat roofs arise due to water entering under the edges of the roof, along sidings, and around pipe penetrations and rooftop equipment such as aircon units, installed after the membrane was laid down. Sometimes the structural damage can be severe and a full roof replacement may be necessary.

As butynol & flat roof repair experts in Auckland, we can repair the membrane if possible, whether it’s torch-on or adhered, Butynol, TPO, or liquid, and seal the flashings, sidings, and around roof penetrations to ensure there are no more leaks.

Older bitumen flat roofs damaged by UV light and subject to leaking can be effectively replaced with a new torch-on membrane.

Liquid membranes, such as EasyGum from Equus, can be applied to refurbish old and damaged bituminous membrane surfaces, and repair butyl-rubber membranes.
